John Kerry wishes to visit Nepal "at an appropriate time"

NEW YORK: The United States Secretary of State John Kerry has expressed his wish to visit Nepal at an appropriate time. Kerry expressed his desire on Tuesday with Nepal's Minister for Foreign Affairs Prakash Sharan Mahat, who is currently in New York to attend the 71st United Nations General Assembly. Meanwhile, Kerry said he had wished to visit Nepal during his visit to India few weeks back. 'I could not make it due to my busy schedule. But, I will pay a visit to Nepal in an appropriate time,' the US leader said, 'America is always ready to support Nepal for development and prosperity.' Mahat informed the Rastriya Samachar Samiti that Kerry also shared his wish to trek along Nepal's one of the popular trekking trails during the visit. Meanwhile, Kerry queried about the situations in Nepal after the Constitution promulgation.
