KATHMANDU: Police have arrested a person red-handed while selling firecrackers at Marutole near Basantapur in Kathmandu Metropolitan City-20 on Thursday. Police have arrested Bibek Maharjan (49), a resident of Sitapaila in Kathmandu. Police also seized various types of firecrackers from his possession. Further investigation is underway, informed police.
