KATHMANDU: Lawmakers of the Madhes-based parties  have boycotted the Parliamentary session on Monday. As the House began its meeting today, Sadbhawana Party Co-Chair Laxman Lal Karna complained that the government neglected their demand for the Constitution amendment time and again. Karna warned that the Madhesi parties would take to the street if the Constitution amendment process was not begun soon. READ ALSO:
