Pokhara, October 23:

The police today arrested a traffic constable, Ram Kumar Poudel, for involvement in a motorcycle theft.

He was arrested while he was attempting to change the engine number at the ‘Hazoorko Workshop’ at Prithvichowk. Owner of the motorcycle, Raj Kumar Shrestha, saw Poudel trying to change the engine number of the motorcycle. After Shrestha informed the traffic police office of what he had seen in the workshop, the traffic police arriving at the workshop, arrested traffic cop Poudel.
