KATHMANDU: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has called chairpersons of all political parties represented in the Legislature-Parliament for a discussion on recent political developments including the Constitution amendment and local body elections. Rastriya Janamorcha Nepal Chairman Chitra Bahadur KC said the President called him by phone to be present at the Sheetal Niwas before 4 pm on Sunday for the discussion.
