KATHMANDU: Nepal won two gold medals in the Open Shito-ryu Karate World Cup in Budapest, Hungary. Janak Singh Khadka bagged gold in the men’s 80kg weight category, while Mallika Thapa finished first in the women’s 60kg event. Likewise, Bijay Lama won silver in the men’s 65kg and Anu Adhikari bagged silver in the women’s 50kg events.
