KATHMANDU: The Election Commission on Wednesday submitted its annual report of the fiscal year 2015/16 to President Bidya Devi Bhandari. Chief Election Commissioner Ayodhi Prasad Yadav submitted the report to the Head of the State, in accordance to Article 294.1 of the Constitution, according to a statement issued by the President's Office. The function was held at the President's Office, Sheetal Niwas.
