KATHMANDU: CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli on Thursday returned home from a medical trip to Bangkok. Talking to the media persons at the Tribhuvan International Airport upon arrival, the former prime minister expressed his confidence that the local level elections will be held on May 14 as scheduled. He said the main opposition is all set to make public its election manifesto. Oli had flown to the Thai capital from Kathmandu on April 8.
