KATHAMANDU: The Nepali Congress has warned its cadres to withdraw the rebel candidacy  filed by some of them yesterday for the upcoming local election. The   party gave an ultimatum to withdraw the candidacy by Thursday 5:00pm and help the official candidate. A press release issued by party headquarters this evening stated. “If any rebel candidate defies the notice, the candidate along with his seconders and supporters will be automatically expelled from the party.” READ ALSO:
