KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal is holding a  meeting with Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba and the main-opposition CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli at the Legislature-Parliament before addressing the Parliament. His special address at the Legislature-Parliament, which was postponed to 3:00 pm today, has been further delayed because of the same. 'The special address was postponed as PM Dahal decided to hold a meeting with the main-opposition party,' said Govinda Acharya, PM's press advisor. The CPN-UML had hinted to obstruct the House session following the government decision to add 22 local bodies in Tarai on May 22 in a bid to take Madhes-centric parties on board the second phase of local level elections slated for June 14. Earlier, PM Dahal had also held a brief meeting with a Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba and CPN-UML Deputy Parliamentary Leader Subash Nembang.
