FNJ condemnation

Kathmandu: The Federation of Nepalese Journalists (FNJ) on Wednesday condemned the ‘abuse’ of journalist Bindukanta Ghimire at the hands of the owners of Channel Nepal. The release has demanded investigation into the incident, action against the culprits and an immediate compensation for the victim. Ghimire used to work for Space Time Daily and later for Channel Nepal, but he has not been given his salary till date. According to the release, Ghimire was abused by the owners of Channel Nepal when he sought his due salary on Tuesday. — HNS
