KATHMANDU: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN) has honoured Bottlers Nepal Ltd (BNL), the authorised bottler of the Coca-Cola Company, by awarding the first runner-up title for ‘Best-Presented Annual Report Award 2016’ in the general sector for excellence in the presentation of its annual report 2016. The award was presented by Finance Minister Gyanendra Bahadur Karki recently, as per a media release. BNL had successfully attained the second runner-up title for the same category last year. “We shall continuously adhere to the highest corporate governance practices and standards to deliver the best results for our stakeholders,” the release has quoted Puneet Varshney, managing director of BNL, as saying.
