Pokhara, September 3 Nepali Congress General Secretary Sashank Koirala today stressed the need to mobilise all the forces of the party to make his party number one in the civic polls slated for September 18 in Province 2. Addressing Nepal Democratic National Transport Entrepreneurs’ Union in Pokhara, Koirala said the party’s central committee was working to give tickets to party leaders in Province 2. “The work of giving ticket to popular persons will be done in two days,” Koirala added. Koirala asked the party rank and file and supporters to put in efforts to make his party number one from the provincial and parliamentary polls. “The NC has to be united to win the polls,” Koirala added. He also said that federalism had decentralised the power of Singha Durbar to every village.
