KATHMANDU: President Bidya Devi Bhandari authenticated the Power Regulation Commission Bill and the Labour Bill on Monday. The Bills presented for certification following endorsement by the Legislature-Parliament was authenticated as per Article 113 (2) of the Constitution of Nepal, according to the Office of the President. Israeli Ambassador to Nepal Yaron Mayer also paid a farewell courtesy call on President Bhandari yesterday.
