Vote count in Balara Municipality disrupted

SARLAHI: Counting of votes in Balara Municipality of Sarlahi district has been disrupted, following a dispute between the cadres of Nepali Congress and Rastriya Janata Party Nepal today. According to Chief District Officer of Sarlahi, Pradeep Raj Kandel, the counting was halted after a dispute erupted between cadres of two political parties. Security personnel have been trying to take the situation under their control by dispersing the crowd gathered around the polling station at Balara Municipality, added CDO Kandel.
