KATHMANDU: The Election Commission on Friday stated that about 70 per cent of eligible voters cast their votes in the second phase of provincial and parliamentary elections held in 45 districts on Thursday. The poll panel had stated on Thursday that voter turnout in the second phase of polls was 67 per cent and that it could rise.
