DHANKUTA: CPN-UML candidate from Lalitpur Parliamentary Constituency No 1 Navaraj Silwal has won the elections securing 36,946 votes. He defeated his rival Uday Sumsher Rana of the Nepali Congress who could manage 20,729 votes. Silwal is former DIG of Nepal Police.
