KATHMANDU: Terasa, Sanskriti and Green Lawns won the boys’ section matches of the 18th Wilson Hoops Inter-school Basketball Tournament here on Wednesday. Terasa thrashed Greenfield 58-8 riding on Jairam Tamang’s 18 points, while Sanskriti beat Heartland 39-30 in which Manal Joshi netted 14 points for the winning team. Similarly, Ishan Bhujel netted 13 points to help Green Lawns defeat Holy Vision 33-12. In girls’ section, Reliance saw off Rupy’s 41-11 riding on Kavita Shrestha’s 13 points, while Sanskriti defeated RIBS 21-17. Jyoti Thapa contributed 10 points for Sanskriti. Similarly, Wilson beat Himalayan 24-11 and TIA outplayed Teresa 23-9.
