BHOJPUR: Normal life has been affected in Bhojpur district due to the Netra Bikram Chand (Biplav) enforced one-day Nepal bandh on Tuesday. The Biplav-led Communist Party of Nepal called for the bandh protesting the arrest of party leaders and cadres during the third National Convention of National Youth Volunteers organised in Biratnagar on Sunday. Educational institutions in the district have closed today and other day-to-day activities have also been affected. The vehicular movements have also been disrupted within the district. As many as eight buses and three small vehicles, which ply along the Bhojpur-Dharan route on a daily basis, have all be stranded following the bandh.
