Left alliance likely to join government in Province 2

RAJBIRAJ: Parliamentary party leader of CPN-UML in Province 2, Satya Narayan Mandal, has said that the province government is likely to have the participation of the left alliance.

Amid a programme in Rajbiraj on Monday, UML’s standing committee member Mandal said that efforts are going on for the formation of province government with the participation of left alliance to foster development and prosperity in the province.

Cooperation between all parties is mandatory to make the province prosperous and developed, he added.

Likewise, National Assembly member and UML’s central committee member Suman Raj Pyakurel reiterated that efforts are on for formation of Province 2 government with left alliance's participation and formation of the central government with the participation of Rastriya Janata Party Nepal and Federal Socialist Forum Nepal.

Similarly, former Irrigation Minister and Maoist Centre’s leader Umesh Yadav said that development of physical infrastructure has been initiated in Madhesh, thanks to the budget allocated by the KP Sharma Oli-led government in the past.

Province Assembly lawmakers of the UML and Maoist Centre were honoured at the programme.
