RAUTAHAT: Paroha Municipality was declared the fourth open defecation free zone in Rautahat on Sunday. At the programme organised at Bramha Jyoti Secondary School at Laukaha, Nepali Congress youth leader Mohamamd Aftab Alam and District Coordination Committee Chairman Ram Ekwal Ray Yadav jointly made the announcement. Out of 16 municipalities and two rural municipalities, Maulapur Madhav Narayan and Gadimai Municipalities and Durga Bhagawati Rural Municipality have already been declared open defecation free zones.
