Banepa: Two adolescent boys have gone missing in Sunkoshi River of Kavrepalanchok on Monday.

According to Superintendent of Police at Kavre District Police Office, Rabiraj Khadka, the missing have been identified as Pradeep Pahari (14) and Ashish Pahari (18), both of Chaurideurali Rural Municipality-8 in the district.

The two boys, who were at the river bank in Mahadevsthan to attend funeral procession of local Sunil Pahari, went missing while swimming in the river.

A team headed by Police Inspector Kanchan Rajhal at Area Police Office, Kartikedeurali has been mobilised to search for the missing boys.
