KATHMANDU: After the Election Commission rejected the Rishi Ram Kattel-led Nepal Communist Party’s application seeking rejection of the name of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (N C P), Kattel said he would move the Supreme Court seeking justice. “This is injustice,” he said. “We will immediately consult our legal consultant and initiate the process of lodging a complaint in the apex court.” Kattel said he was sure about not getting justice from the EC and that he was waiting for the EC to take a formal decision so that he could move the Supreme Court.
