PANCHTHAR: Thirty patients underwent cataract surgery at a free eye camp operated in Hilihang Rural Municipality’s Primary Heath Centre in Gopetar of  Panchthar. The health camp was organised from Saturday to Monday. The free eye camp was organised by Nepal Red Cross Society Panchthar District Chapter with the help of the rural municipality for three days. It was  technically supported by Mechi Eye Hospital, Birtamod. Panchthar Red  Cross programme Coordinator Guru Prasad Timsina said 774 eye patients participated where 30 patients underwent cataract surgery and 202 patients received glasses. A dental camp was also organised in the area.
