KATHMANDU: Bidur, Chaudandigadhi and Hetauda recorded victories in the Deputy Mayor Cup Inter-municipality Women’s National Football Tournament at the Nepal APF Club grounds on Saturday. Bidur defeated Dhangadhi 2-1 riding on a brace from Asmita Rai. Man Kumari Chaudhary netted one goal for Dhangadhi. In another match, Dhangadhi hammered Birendranagar 8-0. Chumlungma Rai, Saraswoti Chaudhary and Anushka Sherpa scored two goals each for Dhangadhi, while Namita Rai and Manika Rai netted one apiece. Likewise, Sanjita Bomjan and Sujita Bomjan scored one goal each as Hetauda beat Pokhara 2-1. Manisha Pangeni scored the consolation goal for Pokhara.
