Unidentified assailants fire bullets at Samajwadi Party leader in Kapilvastu

BHAIRAHAWA: Samajwadi Party Nepal local leader Ram Nayan Yadav has been shot by some unidentified assailants near Susariya bridge in Shuddhodan rural municipality-5, of Kapilvastu district in Province 5, on Thursday. Leader Ram Nayan Yadav of Hathihawa, Shuddhodan-5 has sustained a bullet injury on his left shoulder. He is currently undergoing treatment at the District Hospital in Taulihawa. And he is out of danger, police said. After the incident, leader Yadav filed a first information report (FIR) against three persons Hum Nath Chaudhary aka Lala of Shuddhodan rural municipality-5, Laukush Chaudhary of Dohani and Anil Chaudhary of Bithuwa in the same rural municipality. According to District Police Office, Taulihawa, two yet to be identified persons had come on a motorbike to attack Ram Nayan Yadav around 2:00 pm. Meanwhile, further investigation into the case is underway, police said.
