Gorkha Brewery Pvt Ltd has launched Nepal’s first Shandy & Lemonade drinks.
Products of Carlsberg Breweries A/s Denmark, these new drinks are presented under the brand name Jolly Shandy and Jolly Lemonade.
Jolly Shandy is a refreshing mix of lemonade and beer and has an effective alcohol content of below one per cent. The packaging of Jolly Shandy has been made keeping in mind the global trend towards contemporary colours and design.
It represents refreshment, liveliness and youthfulness. It is positioned as the first choice of drink in the light beverage category for urban youth, states a press release issued today.
Jolly Shandy is priced at Rs 35 for a 330ml bottle and Rs 40 for a 330ml can and is available in 24-bottle cartons and 24-can cartons. It is also available in six-pack 330ml bottle take-home carry packs in selected super markets.
Jolly Lemonade is a non-alcoholic, thirst quenching drink with added Vitamin C, and is the first of its kind in Nepal. The Lemon flavour packs a tangy great taste and the refreshing feeling.
Priced at Rs 25 per bottle, Jolly Lemonade comes in a refreshing combination of light green, hot red and trendy yellow labelled 330ml bottles. It is available in 24-bottle cartons along with the convenient six-pack 330ml bottle carry pack.
