BAGLUNG: The government on Saturday provided one million rupees in cash and a letter of felicitation to the family of Govinda Nath Sharma, who was killed during the Jana Andolan in Parbat. Wives of the deceased, Gita and Bhagawati received the cash and letter at a programme on Saturday in Kushma, the Parbat district headquarters. Leader of Nepali Congress, Arjun Prasad Joshi, said: “The parliament can not be dissolved because only the parliament can establish peoples’ rights until an alternative management of government.” — HNS
