KATHMANDU: The splinter group of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) filed a no-confidence motion against its Parliamentary Party leader in Province 2, Satya Narayan Mandal, on Friday. In the latest chain of events following the dissolution of the House of Representative (HoR) on December 22 by Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, Pushpa Kamal Dahal and Madhav Kumar Nepal led group registered the motion against Mandal who is close to PM's faction. There are a total of 32 lawmakers from the ruling party in the 107-member  Provincial Assembly of Province 2.
