MS Group is coming up with a planned housing complex called the Sunrise Homes in the heart of Kathmandu that promises to offer comfortable accommodation facilities. 'The Sunrise Homes will have tailor-made facilities to suit varying lifestyle, where state of the art infrastructure will blend with basic necessities to make living comfortable and luxurious,' says Sumit Kumar Agrawal, promoter of MS Group. He added, the project will prove to be a trendsetter in organised group housing in the country. 'Our aim is to fulfil the tremendous need for budget-homes for Nepali families that meet the basic requirements of the residents like water, electricity, security and sewage system round the clock'. The homes are designed to have ample-sized bedrooms, well-lit and ventilated bathrooms, and large, airy kitchens. The project is currently underway at Balkumari in Lalitpur district. The developer is also planning similar projects in areas like Maharajgunj, Swayambhu and other sites along the ring road. 'Need for similar shared housing complexes are being felt in other urban areas outside the valley and we are in the process of conducing feasibility studies in Biratnagar, Birgunj, Bhairawa and Nepalgunj,' informs Agrawal, who is also the chief consultant for the project. 'Our concept is to offer homes that combine high value engineering quality with economical services. This means Nepali buyers can finally get houses of their choice and value for their money,' he asserts.
