Kathmandu, September 24:

Multipurpose Community Service Centre (MCSC), Community Police and Ghattekulo Development Society on Sunday jointly launched a cleaning campaign around Ghattekulo and Dhobikhola banks, according to a press statement issued by the MCSC. Locals, party cadres, police personnel and employees of the Kathmandu Metropolitan City took part in the campaign.

Various speakers stressed the importance of sanitation before the campaign started. They said that bushes on both sides of Dhobikhola was a safe haven for drug adicts and criminals.
