Book on CA out

KATHMANDU: Sambidhan Sabha, a book on Constituent Assembly (CA) written by legal expert Yuba Raj Sangroula, was released here on Tuesday. Published by the Kathmandu School of Law, the book dwells on various forms and modalities of interim management of governance following the success of revolutions. “People’s participation is a must for the success of a revolution and interim governance,” Sangroula writes. —HNS
