New appointments

KATHMANDU: A cabinet meeting on Sunday appointed Professor Upendra Koirala the vice-president of the Higher Secondary Education Board (HSEB) and Ram Bahadur Khadka the member secretary of the HSEB, while Devi Ghimire was appointed the vice- president of the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT).
