Kathmandu, December 20:

The shortage of blood has been an eminent problem in the valley. To meet the demand of the blood, Relevant Institute for Supplementary Medical Education (RISE), a club of doctors organised a blood donation programme today, with the slogan — ‘Every youth after the celebration of their 18th birthday start donating blood’.

More than 40 people, including 15 doctors, donated blood during the programme.
