Kathmandu, March 12:

Prama Holdings Group (Pvt) Ltd has formally launched its planned housing project ‘Cozy Homes’ from yesterday.

“The project features elegantly and astutely engineered independent bungalows that are sure to take urban living to new heights of graciousness and luxury,” states a press release.

The project — at Imadol, Lalitpur about 1.75-km from the ring road — provides round the clock security system, 24 hour power backup, 24-hour facility of an ambulance and clean drinking water that will be transported in from Godavari. It has also been said that the price for a house ranges from Rs 4.7 million to Rs 8 million and the first 25 buyers will also get a motor bike each.
