Squad announced

KATHMANDU: The Kathmandu District Cricket Association on Friday announced the 14-member squad for the upcoming Regional Cricket Tournament of Region No 3 (Kathmandu) to be held at TU Stadium from Saturday. Paresh Lohani will lead the side in the five-team tournament, while Raju Basnet was named the vice captain. Others in the squad are Subash Khakurel (wicketkeeper), Dipendra Chaudhary, Paras Khadka, Raman Shrestha, Avay Rana, Sunam Gautam, Indra Kamal Manandhar, Rupesh Srivastav, Gyanendra Malla, Raj Shrestha, Laxman Pradhan and Suman Kaji Sthapit. Ram Chaudhary and Sovit Dhoj Chand are named in the reserve list. — HNS
