One genre that never fails to attract viewers to the theatre is action. And Transporter 3 is all set to keep your adrenaline rushing and keep you on the edge of your seat.

After the super success of the previous Transporter instalments, the very hot and good looking Frank Martin is back with his razor sharp wit, super sleek and armoured Audi A8 W12, and loads and loads of action sequences. He is known for coming up with numerous rules and breaking and twisting it as he moves ahead; expect the same but with extra surprises. And this instalment of Transporter is directed by Olivier Megaton, so expecting the unexpected is but obvious.

As always Frank Martin (Jason Statham) is given a task of transporting a ‘package’ to ever changing location by Johnson (Robert Knepper) and his car is also being tracked and has a weird metal bracelet device attached to his hand, so if he goes more than 75 feet from his car, he will be killed in the blast as the car explodes. And to top it all he has for a companion the feisty, sexy Valentina (Natalya Rudakova), who turns out to be the real package — kidnapped daughter of Leonid Vasilev (Jeroen Krabbe), head of the Environment Protection Agency of Ukraine. Against all the odds, Frank and Valentina fall for each other while escaping from one life threatening situation after another. And he is helped by his old friend Inspector Tarconi (Francois Berleand).

Martin travels across Eastern Europe to the Black Sea in his Audi. Man, can he ride whether it’s a car, bicycle or on top of a train. He does it all so well that you actually can’t stop smiling. And yes, girls, he does show off his well-toned body more than once. He can fight using anything that he comes across and strips well even while fighting.

The never ending chase, the hide and seek game, and a little bit of romance (which actually was not important but who cares) gives one a rush.

Statham is perfect as Frank Martin - rude on the outside and all soft inside. Natalya Rudakova performs well and is refreshing; she makes freckles look sexy. Robert Knepper as the villain carries off the role with élan and uses humour as his best weapon using Donald Trump’s ‘you are fired’ perfectly. The supporting cast is equally good and the director brings out the action sequences seen a zillion times with needed twists.

All in all perfect movie to pass time.
