Former general secretary of the CPN-UML Madhav Kumar Nepal today said the new constitution would be ready within the set deadline.

Addressing a press meet, he said, “The nation is heading to the right track. I am confident that a new statute will take shape in 15 months”, he said, adding that all the parties were contributing positively towards it.

He also said Prime Minister Prachanda had started working in a positive manner by calling on the leader of the opposition party Girija Prasad Koirala.
