KATHMANDU: Kirtipur remained tense on Tuesday after the locals demonstrated demanding action against the alleged abductors. A group had attempted to kidnap Sujit KC,a teenager, from Bhatkepati on Monday, locals said. Vehicles in Kirtipur area was disrupted for a few hours due to the demonstration. The police officials said that the tension began when the picnickers beat KC.
