KATHMANDU: Nearly one and a half months after their killing at Chapacho in Madhyapur Thimi of Bhaktapur, the bodies of Jeevan Gaha Magar, Sabin Mahat Chhetri and Basanta Lama were cremated on Monday. Basanta’s body was consigned to fire at Swoyambhu, while the bodies of Jeevan and Sabin were cremated at Pashupati. The three teenagers had died after Chapacho locals thrashed them. The victims’ kin have, however, said the cremation had not ended their struggle. “Our struggle will continue until the government addresses our demands,” they said.
