KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress (NC) on Sunday issued a whip to its lawmakers to compulsorily attend the parliament sessions slated from Monday to Wednesday and vote in favour of the budget scheduled to be tabled on Wednesday. The passing of the budget had been marred by the Unified CPN-Maoists' continuous obstruction of the House demanding restoration of 'civilian supremacy' and correction of the President's move to reinstate the former Chief of Army Staff Rukmangud Katawal.
