CG Motocorp, the automotive division of CG Holding and the sole authorised distributor of Suzuki four wheelers in Nepal, has launched the new facelift version of its popular passenger car Celerio in the Nepali market. The Suzuki Celerio is positioned as ‘the perfect family' car which according to the company has attributes that perfectly suit the need of a family's requirement.

The new upgraded Celerio is available in four manual and two AMT variants with both gearboxes mated to a 1.0-litre K10B engine that produces 67bhp and 90Nm of torque. The new award winning K10B engine develops a peak power of 68-ps with class leading mileage claimed at 23.1-kmpl.

The car has been given a trendy facelift with new front grill and stylish front bumper assembly while the changes in the rear portion has given the car visually wider stance than its predecessor. The car is not only trendy outside but has more upgrades in its interior with more comfortable and modern seat fabrics.

The new upgraded Celerio features ground clearance of 170-mm. It has a minimum turning radius of 4.7-m, and large wheel-base of 2425-mm. For the comfort of the customers, the new Celerio comes with height adjustable seat, electric adjustable ORVMs, auto-down driver power window, keyless entry, and electric power steering and powerful air conditioning. It provides ample leg room and knee room for the rear bench. The boot space of 235-lt has enough space and the rear seat can be folded, almost doubling the storage space.

The car comes with standard driver airbag across all variants, antilock braking system, ELR seat belt with force limiter and pretensioner, which comes only with a few cars in the market. It also boasts an immobiliser and a security system. Speaking about the New Celerio, Karan Chaudhary, Executive Director at CG Motocorp said, “With a host of safety and comfort features with unmatched performance and efficiency, the new Celerio facelift is the car perfect for your family.” He informed that they are also launching its sporty variant CELERIO X soon.

The car comes with starting price of Rs 23, 39,000 with four years warranty and eight free servicing.
