Altogether 23 advertising agencies are contesting for Kriti Awards-2005, scheduled for September 26, in Kathmandu. According to a press release issued here today by the Advertising Agencies Association of Nepal (AAAN), a total of 228 nominations have been filed by the contesting ad agencies for the third edition of Kriti Awards. The awards is being given in 15 different categories this year. Advertising Avenues Nepal, Ad Campaign Nepal, Ad Cube, Ad Media, A N S Creation, Annex Advertising Service, Business Advantage, Codex Advertising, Crayons Electra Nepal, Eco Advertising Agency, Key Advertising Service, Lineage Pvt Ltd, Mars Pvt Ltd, M E Nepal, Mice Ad Nepal, Mirage Advertising & Graphics, Prisma Advertising Agency, Spectrum Advertising & Media Consultant, 21st Century Media, Welcome Advertising & Marketing, Varieties Consulting Network, Water Communication and Zeal Advertising are contesting for the awards this year. Bhasker Raj Rajkarnicar, president of AAAN, said that the participation and nominations for Kriti Awards has increased strength to strength every year since its inception in 2003. He said that AAAN is committed to promote Nepali advertising industry and entrepreneurs. AAAN awarded Kriti Awards in the five categories in 2003.
