45pc progress in Chilime-Trishuli transmission line

KATHMANDU: Nepal Electricity Authority has informed that 45 per cent work of the 220 kVA Chilime-Trishuli transmission line project has been completed so far.

The transmission line project is being jointly constructed by the European Union, German Development Bank (KfW), European Investment Bank and the Nepal government at a total cost of about 65 million euros.

The 220kV Trishuli III B hub substation is part of the Chilime-Trishuli transmission line project.
