KATHMANDU: The fifth and sixth annual general meetings of Sun Nepal Life Insurance Co Ltd (SNLIC) were held here successfully.
The AGMs that was chaired by Chairperson of SNLIC Anuj Keyal has endorsed the auditor's report, including the balance sheet, profit and loss account, cash flow and other financial statement reports of the fiscal years 2020-21 and 2021-22, as per a press release.
It was proposed to appoint auditor KPR Associates for the financial year 2022-23 through the general meeting.
The proposal to amend the articles of association and regulations of the firm and to change the address of the registered office of the company has also been passed.
