All services normal, says Ncell
KATHMANDU: Private telecom company, Ncell, has said that all its services have been normalised though its network remained interrupted for a few hours in the morning on Sunday.
Issuing a notice Sunday evening, Ncell said the technical glitch arose in the company’s network during the company’s network modernisation effort causing some services degradation.
“The problem was detected at around 3:20am this morning. However, communication services, data services and local on-net voice calls were normalised by 6:00am and service activation finally re-established by 2:40pm,” reads the notice issued by Ncell.
Acknowledging the technical glitch, Ncell also informed that comprehensive testing is being carried out to ensure that all other services are working properly.
