Young entrepreneurs and professionals from various walks of life today underscored the need

of skill promotion, employment opportunities and job creations, good governance and decentralisation as the key factors for the development of the country, in Kathmandu.

Speaking at the workshop — organised by Youth initiative, to bring together youths from

various segments of the society to share their perspectives on the development of Nepal — the youngsters stressed on the need of exploitation of natural and human resource management for the overall development of the country. 20 youths from various fields shared their views on the youth perspective on development of Nepal, focusing on the role and responsibilities of the youth in the overall development process. On the occasion, the speakers highlighted the need of decentralisation and creation of opportunities for the better usage of existing human resources.
