AAAN team for S’pore

KATHMANDU: A seven-member team of Advertising Agencies Association of Nepal (AAAN), led by its president Bhaskarraj Rajkarnikar, left for Singapore to take part in the Ad-Asia meet, states a press release. Koirala is MDC chief

KATHMANDU: Dr Bimal Prasad Koirala has been appointed chief of the Management Development Centre (MDC), a sister arm of Management Association of Nepal (MAN) with effect form November 16. He is former chief secretary and president of MAN. MAN hopes to benefit from his expertise and experience. MDC is conducting various training programmes. It is planning to start EMBA course in the near future. — HNS

Golchha NJIA prez

BIRATNAGAR: Raj Kumar Golchha has been unanimously elected president of the Nepal Jute Industries’ Association (NJIA). Prakash Munda, Tribhuvan Man Shrestha, Sirish Rijal and Gopal Prasad Ratthi are elected general secretary, secretary and treasurer while its advisors include Champa Lal Rathi, Diwakar Golchha and Nandakishor Rathi. — RSS
