Awareness campaign

KATHMANDU: Securities Board of Nepal (Sebon) on Friday concluded its week-long investors’ awareness programme. Concluding the programme, Vidhyadhar Mallik, finance secretary said such a programme is necessary as many investors put their hard-earned money without knowing the real state of any firm. Dr Chiranjivi Nepal, chairman of Sebon also spoke on the occasion. — HNS

BCCI opens branch

BAGLUNG: Baglung Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) has formed a branch in Burtiwang to bring the traders in the western part of the district under one umbrella and promote trade and tourism activities in Dhorpatan area. It said that the committee is formed in Burtibang to decentralise its activities in the rural areas and promote rural products and services. — RSS
