SIL to float IPO

KATHMANDU: Siddhartha Insurance Ltd (SIL) is floating 250,000 units of ordinary shares at the face value of Rs 100 each for the public. The company has branch offices in Birgunj, Biratnagar, Bhairahawa and Butwal. “And it plans to open Pokhara branch soon,” states a press release. — HNS

NEEA elects new team

LALITPUR: Nepal Electronic Entrepreneurs Association (NEEA), Lalitpur has elected a seven-member working committee under the chairmanship of Sudan Tamrakar. Dilip Shrestha is vice-chairman, while Bijaya Shahi and Deepesh Benju are secretary and treasurer. — RSS
